A Username and password is required to access consumer information from Helpinsure.com. To obtain a username and password, please complete a Insurer Registration Form. Once completed, you can fax this form to (512) 463-6122 or e-mail it to . A Texas Department of Insurance representative will notify you of your username and password within 24 hours.
If you enter your username and password and receive an error message please try the following:
- usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Please make sure that you have entered your username and password correctly.
