Access Information
If you are an Insurance Agent with an active license to sell residential property insurance, you may access consumer information at Helpinsure.com by entering your social security number. Insurance Agencies must have an active officer or employee access the consumer information on the agencies behalf.
If you enter your number and receive an error message please try the following:
- make sure that you have entered your number correctly.
- make sure that you have entered a number of an individual who has an active license to sell residential property insurance.
- if you still have a problem, contact Agents' Licensing at (512) 322-3503 to speak to a representative.
- to update your social security number, please submit a signed written request to the Texas Department of Insurance listing your correct number and your contact phone number. You may fax this information to (512) 475-1819.
